Since 2007, Medina Enterprises has acquired and repositioned value-add retail, office, industrial and hospitality properties across Arizona.
We are direct buyers who close quickly and work directly with property owners. We hold what we buy and look after it, and we manage our own properties, so tenants deal directly with the owner.
Today we are focused on retail, medical and office, industrial and NNN (single or multi-tenant) properties from $1 million to $5 million.
